Seneca College to build new innovation centre

Seneca College's Centre for Innovation is receiving a $24-million boost from the federal Post-Secondary Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) to construct a new facility at its Newnham campus in north Toronto. The $84.5-million facility will be a one-stop innovation shop for business when it opens in September 2018. It will include maker space, labs, equipment and research expertise as well as facilities for programs in the creative arts, design, applied sciences and engineering technology....
