DRDC issues ninth call for security S&T proposals

Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) is holding an $18-million competition for S&T projects aimed at preventing, preparing for and responding to accidents, natural disasters and terrorist and criminal acts. The funding is open to industry, academia, government institutions non-governmental organizations and is being provided through the ninth call for proposals under the Chemical, Biological, and Radiological-Nuclear, and Explosives Research and Technology Initiative (CRTI). CRTI has received $145 million since its inception in 2002....
