Paule Leduc has been appointed president of the board of directors for Valorisation-Recherche Québec (VRQ) , replacing Mario Robert, president of Novasys Inc. Leduc is former president of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and rector of the Univ of Quebec at Montreal. She joined the VRQ board in 2000....
