Shire Pharmaceuticals Group plc is investing $28 million in a new global vaccine research centre at its Laval PQ facility (formerly BioChem Pharma). The $28-million investment includes a $5-million contribution from Technology Partnerships Canada, which has not yet been publicly confirmed....
