Ontario invests $3.9 million for at-risk youth

The Government of Ontario has announced $3.9 million over three years to support projects under its new Youth Science and Technology Outreach Program (YSTOP). The funding covers more than 30 projects and another call for proposals has been issued with a deadline of Oct 10/06. YSTOP targets at-risk youth in rural and remote communities, offering opportunities in areas such as robotics, life sciences, environmental science, engineering and theoretical physics.
