The Canada Research Chairs (CRC) program has announced $85.7 million in new funding for another 109 chairholders, bringing the programs total to 1,641. The number of chairholders recruited from outside Canada now stands at 524 (32%), which includes 240 expatriates. International recruits account for 280, while the US accounts for 284. Women account for 350 (21%) and the total now includes 81 renewals....
