The National Angel Capital Organization (NACO Canada) has selected Mike Cegelski as the recipient of this year's Canadian Angel of the Year Award. Cegelski is a Quebec-based angel investor and mentor through Kouraje Management Inc, investing in more than 30 Canadian and US firms in the past five years.
