Matthew Watson has been appointed CEO, BC Innovation Council (BCIC), replacing Dr David Dolphin. Watson is a veteran high-tech executive, most recently COO with Carmanah Technologies, a developer of solar and LED products. He also served as senior VP business and legal affairs with ACD Systems Ltd, a developer of image management and technical illustration software.
