Ken Doyle has been appointed executive director of the new Technology Access Centres Network (TACCAT) following a short stint as a special advisor to Colleges and Institutes Canada's VP government relations and Canadian partnerships. At TACCAT, Doyle will be responsible for developing and executing the network's operational plan, providing service to the network and representing TACCAT to industry associations, the federal government and the general public. Prior to advising Colleges and Institutes Canada, he was policy director for Polytechnics Canada. TACCAT brings together 25 Technology Access Centres at colleges and Cégeps across Canada, which are supported by grants from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council.
