JDRF and feds fund diabetes clinical trials network

The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) is partnering with the Federal Economic Development Agency of Southern Ontario to establish a clinical trial network for diabetes research. FedDev Ontario is contributing $20 million and the JDRF is providing $10 million to the initiative, which hopes to become an international centre for the development and commercialization of treatments and medical technologies relating to diabetes....
