Dr Bill Smith is retiring after a long career with the National Research Council and its Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). Smith was most recently regional DG IRAP West, based in Winnipeg. He previously held key positions with IRAP in Ottawa and also worked closely NRC's VP science and corporate services branch. Smith's retirement is effective April 7th....
