The b is setting aside $200 million to help entrepreneurs acquire information and communications technology (ICT). Announced October 17 as part of the government's yet-to-be-released Digital Economy Strategy, the program will provide medium-term loans of up to $50,000 to small businesses, including individual or home offices. The money can be used to purchase hardware, software and consulting services, including Internet solutions to boost online sales.
