BC Innovation Council to sign MOU with China

The BC Innovation Council is set to sign an MOU for research and technology development with the People's Republic of China. The March 3rd signing is intended to extend the reach of BC's innovation industry into China by developing new opportunities in key areas. These include oceans technology, biotechnology, medical devices, food testing, forestry, forest products, wood building materials, information technology, telecommunications, multimedia, aquaculture, environment, clean energy, waste management, research and business training. The MOU will be signed with China's Ministry of Science and Technology. China is the world's third-largest R&D investor....
