Trojan to improve UV watersystem with TPC funding

Trojan Technologies Inc has received a $3.3-million investment from Technology Partnerships Canada to further develop the energy efficiency of its ultra violet (UV) water disinfection systems. As part of the project, the London ON-based firm will work with several universities through the recently created Canadian Water Network, a Network of Centres of Excellence. It will also forge an alliance with Ontario’s Centre for Research in Earth and Space Technology (CRESTech). Trojan will develop key component technologies that will produce tighter UV system designs, resulting in increased cost effectiveness of UV disinfection....
