Royal Hinther

Royal Hinther has been appointed director of business development at the Canadian Light Source. Hinther comes to CLS from the National Research Council where he was head of business development at the Plant Biotechnology Institute. His focus will be on further building partnerships with fundamental research institutions and industry. Hinther replaces Dr Murray McLaughlin, who was appointed founding president and CEO of the Sustainable Chemistry Alliance, which evolved from the former Ontario Chemistry Value Chain Initiative and is located at the Bioindustrial Innovation C
