NRC upgrading its nanoimprint lithography facility

The National Research Council’s Industrial Materials Institute will undertake a $4.55-million expansion of its existing NanoImprint Lithography facility in Boucherville PQ. The joint project between the NRC and the Canadian NanoBusiness Alliance (CNBA) will substantially increase the size and scope of the facility to allow for the development of new nanofabrication technologies. Industry is providing unspecified financial support through CNBA, a national association representing Canada’s nanotech business community....
