Metropolis Project receives phase three funding

The Metropolis Project has received $7.5 million over five years to investigate a range of issues related to globalization, migration and diversity. The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council is providing $3.1 million with $4.4 million provided by a consortium of federal departments and agencies led by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The international Metropolis Project was launched in 1995 with a second phase running from 2002 to 2007. FMI www.canada.metropolis.net....
