GrowthWorks completes merger of four funds

GrowthWorks has completed its previously announced merger with three other labour-sponsored venture capital funds to create a combined portfolio of more than $800 million in assets. The merged funds are Capital Alliance Ventures Inc, Canadian Science & Technology Growth Fund Inc, GrowthWorks Opportunity Fund Ltd and GrowthWorks Canadian Fund Ltd....
