Dr Michael Owen

Dr Michael Owen has been appointed VP research and graduate studies at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Owen comes to the college from Brock Univ where he was associate VP research and international development and a professor in the faculty of education. Prior to that he was Brock's director of research services – a position he also held at Ryerson Univ and the Univ of Saskatchewan.
