CMC Electronics Inc (formerly Canadian Marconi Co) has sold its Montreal-based military communications business unit to Ultra Electronics Holdings plc, Greenford UK. The two firms have signed multi-year agreements for components and manufacturing and office space so that Ultra will continue to operate at the Montreal facility.
