Richard Fadden leaves the presidency of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to become DM Natural Resources Canada. He has had senior postings with the Privy Council Office (PCO) and Treasury Board Secretariat. Errol Mendes has been appointed senior advisor to the PCO responsible for diversity and special projects. He comes to government from the Univ of Ottawa faculty of law....
