Peter Gillingham

Peter Gillingham has been appointed to the new position of VP and CTO at MOSAID Technologies Inc. The 17-year veteran of the Ottawa-based semiconductor firm most recently held the position of VP and GM, intellectual property. MOSAID also appointed Michael Kaskowitz to the new position of senior VP semiconductor IP. Kaskowitz comes to the firm from VSI Alliance, a semiconductor IP standards body where he was president.
