Paula de Rose

Paula de Rose has been reconfirmed until 2005 as S&T counsellor at Canada’s Mission to the European Union, a position she has occupied since September, 2001. De Rose has a strong background in government and academia, having worked for DFAIT and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. She has research experience in quantitative genetics and a strong policy focus based on expertise in scientific program management, science policy, technology transfer, trade policy and trade development.
