OLSC announces business case winners

The first business case competition of the Ottawa Life Sciences Council (OLSC) has produced five winners. Each winner will be paired with a local entrepreneur who will help develop an effective business plan. The winners with their respective mentors in brackets are: Andy Adler, Univ of Ottawa (Adam Chowaniec, Tundra Semiconductor Corp); May Griffith, Univ of Ottawa Eye Institute (Joe Rouse, Gridiron Networks); Paul Lem and team, Univ of Toronto and Ottawa Hospital microbiology division (Jom Aw, Inno-centre Ottawa); Tony Durst and team, Univ of Ottawa (Rainer Engelhardt, Ottawa Biotechnology Incubation Centre); and, Xiang Lu (Kirk Mandy, Zarlink Semiconductor)
