Mississauga ON-based Nuvo Research Inc is increasing its ownership of Nuvo Research AG by purchasing the 40% stake owned by Dr Friedrich-Wilhelm Kuehne for approximately $2 million in Nuvo shares. Nuvo Research AG owns the rights to WF10, including intellectual property, and has a manufacturing facility in Wanzleben Germany.
