Dr Philip Enros, a former director
of the Science Policy Division at Environment Canada, has published
Environment for Science: A History of Policy for Science in Environment Canada.
Enros spent 27 years in science policy with the federal government
before retiring in 2010.
He holds a PhD in the history and philosophy of science and technology from the University of Toronto.
