Mitacs Elevate program receives $10-million boost

The Mitacs Elevate program has received an additional $10 million over four years to assist in the training of business managers and researchers. The new finding is in addition to the $8 million over two years announced in the 2014 Budget, expanding the envelope to $18 million over four years. The funding will support 255 post-doctoral fellowships which can last up to two years, providing training in business and scientific management as well as collaborative R&D undertaken by universities with companies....
