Montreal-based Miranda Technologies Inc has acquired privately held NVISION for US$40 million in an all-cash transaction. Miranda, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance hardware and software for the broadcast industry, now has access to advanced technology routing systems for the delivery of digital audio and HD/SD video used in television broadcasting and multi-format post production.
