Ken Armour is stepping down as executive director research and innovation at the BC Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation. Armour is taking a position as executive director of Intergovernmental and Community Relations with the Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation. He will be replaced on an interim basis by Melanie Friesen, director of the research and innovation branch since 2008....
