Keith Parsonage

Keith Parsonage has been appointed managing director of the Centre of Excellence for Communications and Information Technology, one of six centres within OCE Inc. Based in Ottawa, Parsonage will also provide senior leadership for the OCE in the region, representing all OCE Centres. He comes to the OCE after a lengthy career at Industry Canada, most recently as DG information and communications technologies branch. In this position, Parsonage was an effective catalyst and partner for program organizations such as CANARIE, PRECARN, and CMC Microsystems. He was also instrumental in setting the strategic direction for the Canada-Israel Industrial R&D Foundation, which was used as a model for International Science and Technology Partnerships Canada.
