Julie Payette is taking an eight-month fellowship at the Woodrow Wilson Centre for International Scholars, Washington DC, as a public policy scholar. An astronaut with the Canadian Space Agency since 1992, Payette will be affiliated with the centre's Canada Institute. Other Canadians that have attended the university include Ralph Klein, Joe Clark and Benoit Pelletier....
