Knubley comes to NRCan from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency where he was VP (Nova Scotia) and was involved in promoting R&D and the energy sector. He has also held policy and research positions at Industry Canada, Investment Canada and the Economic Council of Canada. Knubley has also worked several years as a business consultant....
