IDRC and DFATD provide $17M for food security research

The International Development Research Centre is partnering with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada to provide $17 million in new funding for four research projects aimed at scaling up the most promising research supported under the $124-million Canadian International Food Security Research Fund. The scale-up funding will allow research teams to further develop new technologies and involve partners to reach a greater number of smallholder farmers....
