Gary Goertz has resigned as executive VP and CFO of MDS Inc, effective immediately. The Toronto-based firm says Goertz departed to pursue other business opportunities and will remain to assist in the transition until February 14. A number of MDS executives will assume his duties while MDS seeks a replacement.
