Fellowships created for Quebec photonics students

Three research organization have signed an agreement that will see $500,000 over five years invested in industrial innovation scholarships for photonics. The agreement involves the Canadian Institute for Photonic Innovations, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council and Fonds québécois de la recherche sur la nature et les technologies (FQRNT), with each party contributing one third of the funding. Eligible students must be enrolled in photonic masters and PhD programs at Quebec universities....
