Energy ministers from Canada, the US and Mexico have agreed to develop recommendations for using science and R&D to improve clean energy supplies and establish a trilateral legal instrument on energy S&T collaboration. The agreement was part of the official launch of the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) which was first announced last March.
