DRDC buys Scottish smart software technology

Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has purchased smart software technology for unmanned systems from SeeByte, Edinburgh, Scotland. The software will allow DRDC to develop automatic target recognition (ATR) algorithms for the Canadian Navy, which will be used to detect and classify objects. ATR algorithms can be easily integrated into commercial products for planning, asset tracking, data analysis and object correlation….
