Dr Hany Moustapha has been awarded the James C Floyd award by the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada for his technological achievements and efforts in championing close collaborative ties between the aerospace industry and Canadian universities. Moustapha — a professor with the department of mechanical engineering at École de technologie supérieure and senior technology advisor to Pratt & Whitney Canada — has been a key driver behind several collaborative R&D programs, most notably the highly successful Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec (CRIAQ), Green Aviation R&D Network and Aéro Montréal....
