Claude Ricks has been appointed a managing partner of the Level 5 Strategy Group, Toronto, to head up its digital strategy and transformation group. Level 5 is a growth strategy consulting firm that encourages culture change to incent higher performance.  Ricks is one of the founders of the ATKearney change management practice and was COO of gShiftlabs, a digital content search engine optimization platform company. Prior to that he was co-founder of SQI Diagnostics, a Toronto-based, publicly traded biotechnology company. Ricks holds an Hon BSC from Western Univ.
