CATA to form ebusiness advocacy program

The Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA) is developing an advocacy program to encourage the growth and adoption of e-business technologies. CATA was approached to launch the program by the Canadian eBusiness Initiative (formerly the Canadian E-Business Opportunities Roundtable), a public-private partnership focused on productivity, leadership and innovation. The goal is to create a Canadian advantage for attracting investment for innovative ebusiness initiatives. Part of CATA’s advocacy program entails canvassing members to solicit possible changes to public policy and investment conditions....
