Bernard Courtois is stepping down as president and CEO of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) after a term of more than seven years. Courtois served on the ITAC board of directors since 1999 and was appointed to the top spot in January 2004. Prior to ITAC, he served in a range of positions at Bell Canada from 1991 to 2003 including chief regulatory officer and chief strategy officer.
