Contracts awarded for design of four scientific vessels

Fisheries and Oceans Canada has awarded $5 million for the design of four new scientific research vessels. STX Canada Marine Inc received $2.5 million to design one vessel while the other three were subject to a $2.5 million contract. It was awarded to Robert Allan Ltd and Alion Science and Technology Canada Corp and its McLean VA-based parent....
