Stephen Hartlen has been appointed assistant VP industry relations and executive director of the Industry Liaison and Innovation Office at Dalhousie Univ. Hartlen comes to Dalhousie from Innovacorp, Nova Scotia's primary vehicle for early stage commercialization where most recently he was interim president and CEO.
