Robert Orr

Robert Orr is vacating the president and CEO positions at Ocean Nutrition Canada Ltd (ONC) to assume the chairmanship. Orr is being replaced in the executive suite by Martin Jamieson, a 30-year food industry veteran who was most recently executive VP at Loblaw Companies with responsibility for its $7-billion private label business. Orr, a co-founder of ONC along with John Risley, will focus on the Halifax-based firm's strategic direction with an emphasis on Omega-3 growth activities. Jamieson will steer the company through an anticipated period of rapid growth and development.
