Report says Canada's health innovation lagging

A new Conference Board of Canada report concludes that Canada fares poorly in health innovation compared to other OECD nations with high-performing health systems. Entitled Exploring Technological Innovation in Health Systems, it shows weakness on several fronts including the use of electronic medical records, the Internet and external health information systems to support primary care practices. Commercialization of health products and services also ranks poorly. The report is available at www.e-library.ca....
