RADARSAT II data to assist Catlin Arctic Survey

The latest Catlin Arctic Survey will be using data generated by RADARSAT II for the second time as the expedition investigates the potential effects of carbon dioxide on the Arctic Ocean. The satellite, owned by MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates Ltd (MDA) will assist the team of three British researchers to identify potential hazards and obstacles during their expedition by providing real-time data.
