PPI inks licensing deal with India's Mahyco

Performance Plants Inc (PPI) has entered into a licensing agreement with Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Company Ltd. (Mahyco) for technologies that enhance crop yield and resist heat and drought. Mahyco is one of India's largest and most diverse private seed companies and one of the leaders in the Indian seed market. The deal is the latest in a flurry of PPI licensing agreements with firms such as Bayer CropScience, Biocentury Transgene (China) Co Ltd and Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co Ltd....
