Pierre Marc Johnson has been appointed board chair of Saint-Laurent PQ-based Celmed BioSciences Inc, a spin-off of Theratechnologies. Johnson is the former premier of Quebec and has served as counsel to Heenan Blaikie since 1996. FMI on new board members see www.celmedbio.com....
