OrbitIQ extends relationship with Nakina Systems

OrbitIQ, Ottawa, says the recent acquisition of one of its key clients will not alter their relationship. Last week, Nakina Systems acquired Ottawa-based iPine Networks, which has been an OrbitIQ client since July 2003. The two companies announced Monday that the client relationship will be continued. Nakina president/CEO David Vicary said his company’s optical discovery and network management technology will be combined with iPine’s IP service management applications under a single umbrella, with OrbitIQ continuing to provide access to its sales channels throughout North American, Europe and Asia....
