Ontario Hydro Energy unveils new software

Ontario Hydro Energy Inc has developed comparative billing software to facilitate the delivery of multiple services. Developed in conjunction with Toronto-based Mosaic Group, the software will compare each customer's monthly invoice against the rates of key competitors and invoice the customer for the lowest cost. Services include electricity, natural gas, long distance, cellular telephone, Internet and water heating. Dubbed Onsource, the software is seen as an initial salvo in the newly deregulated energy market.
